Admission Notice for Class-XI

            For the Session 2025-2026

NOTICE        

The parents of the selected candidates are required to complete the two step admission formalities:

1^st Step – Online payment of Rs.65,000/-(Rupees Sixty Five Thousand Approx only) have to be made (Non-Refundable) between 23.11.2024 and 25.11.2024 by using the unique student code by clicking the link shared (please refer to the following pages of the notice).

You are also requested to download the copy of the receipt for any further reference.

2^nd Step – The parents are requested to submit to the school office the copy of the application form attached with –

1. Copy of Annual Mark Sheet of class-IX.
2. Copy of Half-Yearly Mark Sheet of class-X
3. Copy of the payment receipt.
4. Passport size Photo.

The date for submission of the hard copies: 02.12.2024

Time for Submission of Hardcopies: 11:00 am.-3:00 pm.

Second List of selected candidates will be published on (Subject to Vacancy) :10.12.2024.

First List of Selected Candidates

NOTICE

• The following students will appear for the written examination to be held on 18^th November, 2024 at Gokhale Memorial Girls’ School from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• The students are requested to report to school by 1:30 p.m.
• The students must carry the following:-

1. Challan of forms submitted.
2. Original Mark sheet of Annual Examination of class IX and Half Yearly Examination of class-X.
3. The Students must wear their respective school uniform and carry school Identity Card.

List of selected (External) Candidates for Admission Test

Online Admission forms for Class XI Session 2025-26 will be available at www.admissiontree.in from 05.10.2024 for Internal and External candidates.

General Instructions:

1. Form fee: Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Only)
2. Documents to be attached with the form:-

• Photocopy of Mark sheet of Annual Examination of Class IX.
• Photocopy of Mark sheet of Half Yearly Examination of Class X.
• Recent passport size photograph in school uniform.

All internal candidates are eligible to apply.

 External Candidates (opting for Physics and Chemistry)

Admission Test for External candidates to be conducted on a combined question paper of Science and Mathematics comprising of only MCQ based on the Syllabus of Class X.

List of Candidates selected for Admission Test to be published in School Website.

External Candidates (Opting for Combinations other than Physics and Chemistry):

SUBJECT COMBINATIONS

Compulsory:

Group I:

1. English (First Language)
2. Bengali/ Hindi/Music*

Any one from the each of the following groups

Group II – Political Science/Accountancy/ Chemistry/ History

Group III – Geography/ Business Studies/ Physics/ Home Science/ Legal Studies

Group IV – Mathematics / Psychology / Entrepreneurship/ Informatics Practices/ Painting

Group V– Economics /Sociology / Biology/ Computer Science

* Students opting for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a combination may opt for 5 subjects.

Computer Science and IP cannot be taken together as combination subjects.

Note – Hard copy of the Admission Form and the attachments must be submitted physically in the school premises (in the drop box or by post) from 5^th October, 2024 onwards in a sealed envelope mentioning “Application for Admission in Class XI, Session 2025-2026”

A candidate can apply in more than one combination in separate form.
